Karen is one of life's natural jugglers, and can keep several complex projects running on time with apparent ease. Before joining Brightsource five years ago she spent 4 years at EHS Brann managing direct mail projects for Volvo, Cadbury, Tetley and Barclays Bank. Karen's excellent project management skills were quickly recognised at Brightsource and earned her the respect and admiration of clients including the British Heart Foundation, Age Concern and CRISIS. As Head of Project Management she is now responsible for overseeing the continual improvement of the company’s project management and service standards, across all project management teams.
